Nos dei gratia Prepositus Totusque conventus ecclesie Ranshouensis omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis declaramus, quod dominus Hainricus de wolfzperch et uxor sua diemůdis predia sua in půch duo et in Mivlperch unum nostre Ecclesie ob remedium animarum suarum taliter legauerunt, quod singulis annis VI. metretas frumenti Purchusane mensure et IIII. metretas auene ac duas metretas ordei atque duo sextaria uini, cum nobis ab austria ducitur de nostris uineis et non aliunde, dicto H. et vxori sue predicte dare debemus, quando uero aliquis eorum moritur, videlicet Hainricus sev diemůdis, media pars huius annone pretaxate superuiuenti tantummodo dari debet. Verum cum ambo moriuntur, nichil de predictis dabimus alicui suorum amicorum, quia tunc dicta predia in nostram possessionem libere proueniunt sine aliqua pensione. Ne autem hoc a quoquam ualeat inmutari, presentem litteram sigillo nostri Capituli fecimus conmvniri in testimonium et cautelam. Acta sunt Anno domini M. CC. LXXII. VIII. kalendas Nouembris. Huius rei testes Albero, Siboto, alberus, Hainricus, Hainricus, Chunradus, perngerus, Fridericus sacerdotes, Siboto, dietmarus, Chunradus conuersi et alii quam plures.
