Nos Heinricus dei gratia Comes Palatinus Reni, Dux Bawarie presentibus protestamur, quod in sepultura fidelis nostri pie memorie Heinrici de Ror filius suus Otto promisit ob remedium patris sui et etiam patrui sui dare in Ranshoven redditus vnius libre Salzburgensis in predio vel prediis suis iuxta dictam Ecclesiam ac Burchusam et istud faciet ante festum Pasche proxime nunc venturum, et si infra dictum terminum non fecerit, heredes predicti Heinrici soluent dampnum et interesse, quod ex non assignatis sibi redditibus vnius libre incurrerit Ecclesia memorata, et nos pro premissis fideiussisse presentibus profitemur. Item promisit predictus Otto filius Heinrici pie memorie pro sumptibus factis in funerando patre suo, quanquam nos pro hiis non sumus cautione fideiussoria obligati, sed tamen ad id eum debet honestas et filialis pietas inuitare. Datum in Burchusa anno domini Millesimo ducentesimo Septuagesimo septimo, IIII. Kalendas februarii.
