    Nos Otto gratia (dei) Palatinus Comes Reni, Dux Bawarie presentibus profitemur, quod Karissimi patris nostri diue memorie litteras uidimus et audiuimus non abolitas nec viciatas sed saluas omnimodis in hec uerba: Nos Heinricus (siehe die Urkunde vom 4. März 1257.) Nos igitur predicti patris nostri Karissimi salutem zelari cupientes ob eius anime et aliorum pregenitorum nostrorum insuper nostrum et Karissimorum fratrum nostrorum Ludwici et Stephani remedium et meritum, quod exinde consequi speramus, predictarum libertatum gratiam approbandam duximus ac etiam innouandam.
