Vor dem Landgericht zu Achern verkauft Brigitta, Witwe des Hans Gaupelt von Vernach, mit Zustimmung ihrer Kinder Andreas, Matheis und Sabina, dem Kloster Allerheiligen drei Tauwen Matten auf der Schachmatte zu Fernach um 158 Gulden.
