Vor dem Landgericht zu Appenweier tauschen die Eheleute Sebastian und Franziska Ritter zu Oberkirch genannte Güter (Matten und Äcker) zu Nußbach und Fernach, wobei das Kloster an Ritter noch 500 Gulden heraus zahlt.
