Jacob der Schneider, wohnhaft am Ufer, Trierer Bürger, verkauft an Irmentrud im Spital von St. Matthias für zehn Pfund und zehn Schillinge Trierer Pfennige einen Jahreszins in Höhe von neun Schillingen Trierer Pfennige aus seinen drei Häusern in der Straße "Beheym" hinter dem Jakobsspital in der Fleischgasse.
