Graf Eberhard von Wirtemberg verkauft an Kloster Söflingen Burg und Herrschaft Ehrenstein mit dem Patronatrecht der dortigen Kapelle, der Vogtei in Harthausen und dem Maierhof in Mährigen unter Vorbehalt der Mannlehen und anderer Rechte in Ulm.
