tempore nostri provincialis capituli ... dominica quarta post Penthecosten inibi celebrati
Heinrich [Karrer], Provinzial (minister) der Minderbrüder der Provinz Oberdeutschland (superioris Alamaniae), an Bruder Jodokus Wind: Er ernennt ihn mit Rat seiner Definitoren zum Kustos der Kustodie Schwaben (Sweuiae). Den Brüdern dieser Kustodie befiehlt er, Wind in allem, was dessen Amt anbelangt, zu gehorchen wie ihm selbst (obediant tamquam michi).
