Ph[ilippus] von Hohenfels ("Hohinuls") gibt Heinrich von Bretzenheim ("Bricinhem"), Sohn des Wolfinus, seine Zustimmung zum Verkauf einiger Güter bei ("apud") Weisenau ("Wizinowe"), die er von ihm zu Lehen besessen, an das Frauenkloster Altmünster in Mainz ("Moguntine civitatis") und verzichtet auf seine Lehensherrlichkeit darüber.
