Das bischöfliche Gericht beurkundet einen Vertrag zwischen dem Rat und den Juden von Speyer. Die Juden sollen für empfangene 1.100 Pfund Heller einen jährlichen Zins von 100 Pfund Heller entrichten und geben das gesamte Eigentum der Judengemeinde zum Unterpfand.
