Bürgermeister und Rat zu Speyer bekennen, daß der kaiserliche Kanzleischreiber Heinrich Momchester für den kaiserlichen Kanzler Ulrich Weltzli bei der Stadt Speyer einen Schuldbrief hinterlegt hat.
