Schultheiß, Heimbürgen, Gericht und die Geschworenen der Gemeinde zu Schornbach verkaufen mit Einwilligung Herzog Friedrichs von Württemberg Martin Kurbin, Bürger zu Schorndorf und derzeit Pfarrer von St. Leonhard in Stuttgart, eine jährliche, an Mariae Verkündigung oder acht Tage davor oder danach zahlbare Gülte in Höhe von 25 Gulden für 500 Gulden, deren Empfang sie quittieren. Es folgen weitere Vereinbarungen.
