Johannes, Presbyter Ordinarius der Kirche St. Michaelis Archangeli, belehnt Adamus, Verwalter des Hospitals, das die Hälfte der Kirche einnimmt, mit ebendieser Hälfte der Kirche, wie es bereits durch den verstorbenen Priester Arialdus gehalten und per Dekret des Landulfus, Bischof von Cremona, festgelegt worden war.
