Niger, archidiaconus der Kathedrale von Cremona, magister Nicolaus, archipresbyter ebendort, und Johannesbonus, cantor ebendort, autorisieren Danisius und Bosius de Malumbris, Land, gelegen im Gebiet von Redondesco, das sie vom Kapitel zu Lehen haben, an an Gyrardus de Maffeo zu verkaufen. Danisius und Bosius geben dem Kapitel im Tausch ein Stück Land mit Haus, gelegen in Cremona, und werden mit diesem belehnt.
