Gerardus de Trezo, Cantor der Kathedrale von Cremona, gestattet dem Machixius Garatus aus der Nachbarschaft von St. Micaelis veteris, dass er dem Frater Jacomus Balisterius, wohnhaft ebendort, mit einem Stück Land bei St. Sauinus an einem Ort, genannt Lama, verkauft.
