Bernardus Pistor, genannt de Pancas, aus der Nachbarschaft von St. Sepulcri, verkauft mit Zustimmung des Magisters Nicolaus, Archipresbyter [der Kathedrale] von Cremona, der dafür einen Geldbetrag erhalten hat, dem Ambrosius de Couello aus der Nachbarschaft von St. Nazarii Land in Lovesino, mit dem eine Abgabe an die Canonica verbunden ist.
