1321, in capella sancti Stephani syta in episcopalibus domibus de Cremona
Guillelmus, Abt des Klosters St. Thomae und vicarius in Cremona, beglaubigt, von Anselmus, praepositus der Kirche St. Agathae und vicarius in spiritualibus des Aegidius Madalberti, seinerseits Elekt von Cremona, und von Canellus de Sommo, Vicarius des Kathedralkapitels von Cremona, einen Geldbetrag als Abgabe eines außerordentlichen Zehnts erhalten zu haben.
