Abstract
1443, Rome apud Sanctum Petrum
Papst Eugen IV. beauftragt den Abt des Klosters von Leno im Bistum Brescia, der Eingabe des Marsilius de Bottis, Kanoniker der Kathedrale von Cremona, stattzugeben, in der gefordert wird, den Bonaventura del Marno wieder als Pfründner der Kathedrale einzusetzen, nachdem dieser widerrechtlich von seiner Position abgesetzt worden war.
