Johannes de Cigognariis, praepositus des Klosters St. Cataldi in Cremona, verpachtet dem Guillelmus de Guesmontis, Sohn des verstorbenen Johannes, seinerseits genannt Bereta, aus der Nachbarschaft St. Pauli in Cremona für sechs Jahre verschiedene Güter, gelegen auf dem Gelände des genannten Klosters und im Gebiet von Casanova del Morbasco im Stadtgebiet Cremonas.
