Jacobus de Arigonibus, Sohn des verstorbenen Beltramus, aus Barzio, gehörig zur plebs von [Cassina] Valsassina im ducatus Mailand, nun wohnhaft in Pavia an der Porta St. Johannis in der Gemeinde St. Michaelis Maioris, verkauft dem Notar Mafiolus de Buziis, Sohn des verstorbenen Rugirolus, wohnhaft an der Porta St. Nazarii in Brolio in Mailand, stellvertretend für die Eremitin Guarischa de Arigonibus aus Barzio, Tochter des verstorbenen Beltramus, bisher wohnhaft am Hospital domini St. Antonii, gelegen oberhalb des cancellus von Concenate auf dem Gebiet von [Cassina] Valassina, ein Grundstück, gelegen in Barzio.
