Die Äbtissin Johannola de Spanzutis und der Konvent des Klosters St. Radegondae, gelegen an der Porta Orientalis in Mailand, verpachten nach Vorlage eines Genehmigungsschreibens, ausgestellt durch Giovanni Carlo Visconti und Ettore Visconti, Herren von Mailand, den Brüdern Antoniolus und Ventura de Vertua, Söhne des verstorbenen Perinus, aus Mailand ein Grundstück, gelegen an der Porta Orientalis in der Gemeinde St. Raffaelis in Mailand.
