Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Chilemereford[] in crastino sancti Martini anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Iohannis duodecimo coram Martino de Pateshull[] archidiacono Norfolk[] Thoma de Kaunuill[] Willelmo de Insula Ricardo Duket iusticiariis et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Hardingum filium Brandulfi petentem et magistrum Robertum de Watford[] decanum sancti Pauli Lond[] tenentem per Iohannem fabrum positum loco suo ad lucrandum uel perdendum de decem acris terre et quinque acris prati cum pertinenciis in Tydwaldinton[] unde recongnicio assise mortis antecessorum summonita fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predictus Hardingus remisit et quietum clamauit de se et heredibus suis predicto decano et successoribus suis et capitulo sancti Pauli Lond[] totum ius et clamium quod habuit in predicta terra et prato cum pertinenciis in perpetuum Et pro hac remissione quieta clamantia fine et concordia predictus decanus dedit predicto Hardingo sex marcas argenti
