Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westmonasterium in crastino sancti Iohannis Baptiste anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Iohannis vicesimo secundo coram Roberto de Lexinton[] Willelmo de Culewrth[] Hugone Giffard et Henrico de Batton[] iusticiariis et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter decanum et capitulum sancti Pauli Lond[] petentes per Adam Scot positum loco ipsorum ad lucrandum uel perdendum et Robertum de Bosco tenentem de quadraginta et sex acris terre cum pertinenciis in Wykeham unde placitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predicti decanus et capitulum recognouerunt totam predictam terram cum pertinenciis esse ius ipsius Roberti habend et tenend eidem Roberto et heredibus suis de predictis decano et capitulo et eorum successoribus inperpetuum reddendo inde per annum hundecim solidos ad duos terminos anni scilicet medietatem ad festum sancti Bothulphi et alteram medietatem ad festum sancti Martini vbi prius non solebat reddere nisi decem sol tantum et pro hac recognicione fine et concordia idem Robertus remisit et quietum clamauit de se et heredibus suis predictis decano et capitulo et eorum successoribus tres acras bosci cum pertinenciis in Wykeham que vocantur Sculhey et iacent inter boscum predictorum decani et capituli et portam ipsius Roberti saluo eidem Roberto et heredibus suis quodam chimino in eodem bosco iuxta terram ipsius Roberti de latitudine trium perticarum cum libero ingressu et egressu ad omnimodo aueria sua et pecora chacienda et rechacianda Essex[]
