Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] a die sancte Trinitatis in quindecim dies anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis vicesimo secundo coram Roberto de Lexinton[] Willelmo de Culewurth[] et Henrico de Bathon[] justic[] et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Robertum Basset petentem et Willelmum Basset tenentem de quarta parte feodi unius militis cum pertinentiis in Addestoke unde placitum fuit inter eos in eadem curiascilicet quod predictus Robertus recongnovit totam predictam quartam partem predicti feodi cum pertinentiis esse jus ipsius Willelmi ut illam quam idem Willelmus habet de dono Elizabethe Avenel avie predicti Roberti cuius heres ipse est habend et tenend eidem Willelmo et hered[i]bus suis de predicto Roberto et heredibus suis in perpetuum reddendo inde annuatim unam libram cymini vel tres denarios ad Pascha et faciendo inde forinsecum servitium quantum ad predictam quartam partem predicti feodi pertinet pro omni servitio et exactione Et predictus Robertus et heredes sui warantizabunt eidem Willelmo et heredibus suis totam predictam quartam partem feodi unius militis cum pertinentiis per predictum servitium contra omnes gentes in perpetuum Et pro hac recongnitione warantia fine et concordia idem Willelmus dedit predicto Roberto unum spervarium sorum
