Memorandum quod in pleno Hustengo tento die lune proxima post festum Sancti Martini anno regni regis Edwardi xviii factum conuictum fuit per[] inquisitionem duodecim iuratorum de Vard[] de Colemannestrate et Bassieshaghe quod priorissa de Clerekenewell[] fuit seisita de quodam redditu in Colemannestrate de tenemento Iohannis Baunker per manum predicti Iohannis et Galfridi Frypors tenentis predicti Iohannis per assignationem Iohannis predicti Quam quidem seisinam predictus Iohannes precise dedixit Et quia conuictum fuit vt predictum est per iuratam predictam ideo consideratum fuit in pleno Hustengo quod predicta priorissa haberet returnum namiorum et de cetero pro redditu et arreragiis distringeret Et predictus Iohannes pro falsa querela in misericordia Domino Radulfo de Sandewych[] tunc gard[] Lond[] Thoma Romayn Willelmo de Leyre tunc vicecomitibus Lond[] Waltero Hautayn tunc aldremanno de Colemannestrate Radulfo le Blunt tunc aldremanno de Bassyeghaghe
