103. Notification by William bishop of Llandaff that at the request of Richard prior of Stoke by Clare, and with the licence of Master Alan de Beccles, Official of the bishop of Norwich and archdeacon of Sudbury, he has dedicated the chapel of the infirmary in honour of the Holy Trinity. To those present at the dedication and to those who in future attend the feast of the dedication and offer their oblations, he grants fifteen days indulgence from penance imposed. 10 July 1225. Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presentes litere pervenerint Willelmus divina miseracione Landavensis ecclesie minister humilis salutem in Domino Noverit universitas vestra nos ad instanciam et peticionem domini Ricardi prioris et conventus de Stok[] licencia magistri a[lani] de Beccles officialis domini Norwicensis [episcopi] et archidiaconi Suberie capellam infirmorum domus de Stok[] in honore sancte et individue Trinitatis dedicasse et omnibus bene confessis et vere penitentibus qui eiusdem capelle dedicacioni interfuerunt et qui futuris temporibus ad festum dedicacionis illius capelle ad dictum locum convenerint et suis oblacionibus sanctam Trinitatem ibidem honoraverint quindecim dies de iniuncta sibi penitencia auctoritate pontificali relaxasse Quod ne cuiquam veniat indubium presentes literas sigillo nostro munitas priori et conventui de Stok[] tradimus in testimonium Actum anno gracie mccxxv sexto idus Iulii in natali videlicet septem fratrum
