332. Final concord in the king's court at Westminster between Abbot Hugh [II] and the convent of Reading and John of Kilpeck, by which the latter recognized half the vill of Broadward, excluding the capital messuage and adjacent alder-grove, to be the right of the former; in return the abbot and convent leased to John and his heirs in perpetuity half the mill of Broadward for an annual rent of 10s, and paid him 18 marks of silver.
