Memorandum quod in crastino sancti Michaelis in ecclesia sancte Trinitatis de Thenham coram priore Christi Ecclesie et conjudicibus suis prelocuta forma pacis inter abbatem et conventum Belli Loci Regis et Yvonem de Wint[] in hunc modum videlicet quod predicti abbas et conventus pro se et successoribus suis concesserunt Ivoni de Wint[] totum tenementum de quo placitum fuit inter eos quod clamat tenere de ecclesia sancti Kaverani in Cornubia que quidem ecclesia spectat ad jus et proprietatem monachorum Belli Loci jure hereditario de ipsis et successoribus tenend reddendo singulis annis dictis monachis et eorum successoribus apud sanctum Kaveranum viii solidos sterlingorum scilicet ad festum sancti Jacobi apostoli iiii solidos et ad festum sancti Michaelis in Septemb[] iiij solidos pro omni servitio exactione et demanda quam dicta ecclesia sancti Kaverani vel predicti monachi in dicto tenemento habuerunt vel habere imperpetuum poterunt Dicti vero monachi gratis remiserunt domine Johanne de Wint[] totam penam sibi a judicibus inflictam propter eius contumaciam ita videlicet quod predictus Ivo filius eius formam predictam fideliter et sine dolo ex parte sua teneat In huius rei testimonium prior Christi Ecclesie sigillum suum apposuit
