Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Wintun[] die martis proxima ante octauas apostolorum Petri et Pauli anno xxxiiii regni regis Henrici secundi coram Rannulfo de Glanuilla et Godefrido de Luci et Hugone Bard[] et Galfrido filio Petri et Michaele Belet et Roberto de Witefeld[] et Radulfo de Arderne et aliis fidelibus domini regis qui ibi tunc aderant inter Willelmum de Gretingham et Philippum filium Philippi de Columbariis de tota terra quam clamauit Philippus uersus ipsum Willelmum in curia domini regis in Gretingham et unde idem Willelmus traxit Rannulf[] de Belleuilla ad warant[] in curia domini regis Et unde idem Rannulfus perdidit saisinam suam in curia domini regis per defaltam et Philippus saisinam suam recuperauit scilicet quod idem Philippus concessit prefato totam predictam terram et heredibus suis tenend de se et heredibus suis Reddendo inde per annum v marcas argenti et dimidiam in iiii terminis scilicet ad festum sancti Michaelis xviii solidos et iiii denarios et ad Natale tantundem et ad mediam quadragesimam tantundem et ad festum Sancti Iohannis Baptiste tantundem Et pro hac concordia idem Willelmus dedit prefato Philippo decem marcas argenti et Willelmus deuenit homo prefati Philippi in curia domini regis
