Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit Walterus de Bakepuz [et] Elizabet uxor sua salutem in domino Nouerit uniuersitas uestra nos remisesse et quietum clamasse de nobis et heredibus nostris Theobaldo priori et conuentui sancte Marie Blida totum ius et clamium quod habuimus uel habere potuimus in aduocacione ecclesie de Weston[] cum omnibus pertinenciis in perpetuum Pro hac autem remissione et quieta clamancia predicti prior et conuentus receperunt nos et heredes nostros in singulis benefactis et orationibus que de cetero fiant in ecclesia sua predicta in perpetuum In cuius rei testimonium huic presente scripto sigilla nostra apposuimus
