Uniuersis uiris uenerabilibus et discretis et amicis in Christo karissimis dominis decano et capitulo Ebor[] magister Robertus de Hersin et Walterus de Bakebuz salutem in domino Noueritis nos remississe et quietum clamasse de nobis et heredibus nostris priori et conuentui de Blida et eorum successoribus totum ius et clamium quod habuimus uel habere potuimus in aduocacione ecclesie de Westona cum pertinenciis in perpetuum Quare accencius nos rogamus quatinus clericum uobis a predictis priore et conuentu presentatum ad predictam ecclesiam de Westona admittatis et in eadem ipsum instituatis ne propter clamium quod in eadem aduocacione nuper apposuimus hac uice iure suo priuetur In cuius rei testimonium has litteras nostras uobis transmittimus patentes Datum apud Blidam die ueneris proxima ante festum apostolorum Simonis et Iude Anno domini mccl quinto
