Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] in octava sancti Yllarii anno regni regis Johannis iiij coram G filio Petri Ricardo de Her[] Simone de Pateshill[] Eustacio de Faucunberge Johanne de Gestling[] Godefrido de Insula Waltero de Creping[] justic[] et aliis baronibus domini regis tunc ibi presentibus inter Robertum Maudut petentem et Paveiam de Langedich[] et Thomam filium suum tenentes de dimidia acra prati cum pertinenciis in villa Westm[] unde placitum fuit inter eos in prefata curia scilicet quod predicti Paveia et Thomas recognoverunt predictam dimidiam acram prati cum pertinenciis esse jus et hereditatem ipsius Roberti et illam remiserunt et quietamclamaverunt predicto Roberto et heredibus suis de se et heredibus eorum imperpetuum Et pro hac recognitione et quietaclamatione et fine et concordia predictus Robertus dedit predictis Paveie et Thorne unam marcam argenti
