In nomine patri et filii et spiritus sancti hoc est testamentum agnetis uxoris thome punchard burgensis oxonie in primis legat deo animam suam et corpus suum ad sepeliendum in cimiterio hospitalis sancti iohannis extra portam orientalem oxonie deinde dat et legat predicto hospitali domum suam quam habuit de dono ricardi molendinarii quondam awunculi sui que sita est in parochia sancti petri in magno uico uersus orientem oxonie ita tamen quod predictus thomas maritus suus teneat et habeat predictam domum de predicto hospitali quamdiu uixerit pro servitio debito et consueto huius testamenti constituit executores uidelicet iohannem fileking et philippum clericum rogans attentius et deuote quatinus predicti iohannes et philippus ponant magistrum et fratres predicti hospitalis nomine predicte testatricis in plena possessione domus predicte si quid autem residuum fuerit distribuatur inter pauperes secundum dispositionem predictorum executorum suorum et predicti thome mariti sui in cuius testimonium presenti scripto sigilla executorum suorum una cum sigillo predicte testatricis sunt apposita Istud testamentum probatum fuit legitime coram domino [...] offitiali Oxonie in crastino [dominice] qua cantatur Quasi Modo Geniti anno mcc octogesimo primo in ecclesia sancte Ebbe Oxonie pro quo quidem testamento dictus offitialis pronuntiauit et concessit executoribus in dicto testamento nominatis administrationem omnium bonorum ad dictum testamentum spectantium prestito tamen ab ipsis executoribus corporali sacramento de fideli administratione facienda et de reddendis ratiociniis cum super hoc a dicto offitiali fuerint requisiti In cuius rei testimonium sigillum offic[ialis] Oxonie presentibus est appensum
