Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit magister Adam de Howtthone salutem in domino sempiternam Noueritis me dedisse concessisse et per presens scriptum confirmasse pro me et heredibus meis et meis assignatis fratri Nicholao tunc magistro hospitalis sancti Iohannis extra portam orientalem Oxonie et eiusdem loci confratribus et successoribus suis septem solidos et sex denarios annui redditus quos percipere solebant de Godefrido de Hedyndone de quodam tenemento sito in Katistrate quod quondam fuit Galfridi Illuminatoris inter tenementum Iohannis de Warram ex una parte et tenementum priorisse de Lyttelmore ex altera parte quod quidem tenementum emi de predicto Godefrido soluendos predictos septem solidos et sex denarios annuatim scilicet ad quatuor anni terminos uidelicet ad festum Natiuitatis sancti Iohannis Baptiste xxii denarios et obolum et ad festum sancti Michelis archangeli xxii denarios et obolum et ad festum sancti Thome apostoli xxii denarios et obolum et ad festum Annuntiationis beate Marie xxii denarios et obolum predictis magistro et confratribus et successoribus suis ut predictum est imperpetuum Uolo etiam et concedo pro me et heredibus meis et meis assignatis quod quotienscumque et quandocumque contingit me uel heredes meos uel meos assignatos in solutione predicti annui redditus in toto uel in parte aliquo modo deficere liceat predicto magistro ac procuratoribus hospitalis supradicti dictum tenementum intrare et de die in diem distringere et destrictiones retinere quousque de predicto annuo redditu et eius arreragiis plenarie fuerit satisfactum Pro hac autem donatione concessione et presentis scripti confirmatione magister et fratres predicti unanimiter concesserunt quod obitum patris mei et matris mee et meum cum contigerit cum plenario offitio mortuorum celebrabunt et nos in orationibus et deuotionibus quas pro benefactoribus suis ubicumque faciunt specialiter nominabunt et omnium operum misericordie que facere poterunt imperpetuum participes esse concesserunt In cuius rei testimonium sigillum meum huic scripto apposui Data Oxonie die Ueneris proxima post festum Natiuitatis sancti Iohannis Baptiste anno regni regis Edwardi filii regis Henrici tricesimo secundo Hiis testibus Roberto de Wermenhale tunc maiore Oxonie Hugone Cari Willelmo de Bernecestre tunc balliuis Oxonie Thoma Sowy Thoma de Heynxseye Philippo de oo Philippo de Wermenhale et aliis multis
