The Priory to give the Abbess a rent of 8d. paid by the lady Margaret de Pateshulle for a garden in Dodford; the Abbess surrenders the tithe of wood of Westbury within the 'land' of Luffield. Hec est concordia facta inter abbatissam et conuentum de Aunestowe ex una parte et priorem et conuentum ex altera de Luffelde in quadam causa inter ipsos mota super quibusdam decimis prouenientibus de quibusdam terris suis infra landam de Luffelde de bosco de Westbur[] ex delegacione domini pape venerabili uiro domino M archidiacono Bukingham[] et magistro W eius officiali et decano de Neuport commissa videlicet quod dicti prior et conuentus de Luffelde dederunt et concesserunt et rescripto presenti confirmauerunt imperpetuum abbatisse et monialibus predictis pro bono pacis inter ipsos unice redditum annuum viij denariorum scilicet in villa de Dodeford annuatim percipiendorum ad festum Sancti Michaelis a domina M de Pateshulle uel a suis assignatis pro quadam gardino cum pertinencijs iuxta suum gardinum in dicta uilla quod a dictis monachis pro dicto redditu tenere consueuit Et si dicti monachi redditum predictum non potuerint dictis monialibus warantizare dabunt eisdem in dicta uilla uel apud Westbur[] escambium ad ualenciam sine lite et ad hoc faciendum subiecerunt se interdictioni archidiaconi Bukingham[] qui pro tempore fuerit archidiaconus vt potestatem hanc ipsos ad hoc faciendum appellendi renunciantes omni appellacioni et cauillacioni et omni iure remedio tam ciuilis quam canonici Prior uero et conuentus de Luffelde omnes decimas prouenientes de terris sitis infra dictam landam de Luffelde de boscho de Westbur[] quas tempore mote litis inter ipsos et dictas moniales perceperunt percipient imperpetuum sine lite Sic tandem tam dicte abbatissa et moniales quam dicti prior et conuentus renunciauerunt impetratis et impetrandis super decimis predictis Facta autem fuit hec concordia anno ab incarnacione domini m cc xxx iiij mense Iunij In predictorum igitur testimonium dicte abbatissa et moniales huic scripto signa sua apposuerunt vna cum signis domini M archidiaconi Bukingham et R decani de Neuport iudicum principalium et R clerici dicti decani de Neuport gerentes vices officialis Bukingham[]
