Sciendum quod cum abbas de Troart[] per priorem suum de Horsleye inpedierat balliuos C fere per quadraginta annos ne ingrederentur in manerium de Horsleye ad visum franciplegii faciendum vt prius consueuerunt abbas Rogerus per breue subscriptum disracionauit per breue in curia regis ut patet in rotulo domini regis Henrici filii regis Johannis xl in cauda rotuli cuiusdam cui addita est una cedula quod balliui de C facerent uisum subscripta forma Ior[] abbas de Troart[] concessit pro se et successoribus suis quod habeamus ingressum in manerium de Horsleye bis per annum ad visum franciplegii faciendum ad summonicionem balliuorum nostrorum et placitandum et terminandum et abbas de Troart[] habebit omnia proficua et emolumenta inde proueniencia et nos per annum vnam marcam argenti ad terminos post festum s Michaelis dimidiam marcam et post Pascha dimidiam marcam Et si defecerit tunc nos distringemus priorem et tenentes suos in Horsleg[] quousque plenarie persoluatur Item concessit nobis omnes districtiones attachiamenta et summoniciones et quicquid pertinet ad officium vicecomitis sicut alibi habemus infra septem hundreda
