Anno regni regis Edwardi septimodecimo in festo sancte Katerine virginis ita convenit inter dominum Henricum abbatem Cir[] et eiusdem loci conventum ex parte una et Willelmum de la Stevenegate ex altera videlicet quod predicti abbas et conventus tradiderunt et concesserunt predicto Willelmo unam dimidiam acram terre arabilis in campo orientali de Throham jacentem in forlongo de Hadineresthorn[] inter terram johannis Hathewy in parte occidentali et terram Elie Tril in parte orientali et aliam dimidiam acram terre arabilis in eodem campo jacentem super Chalkput juxta murum inter terram domini abbatis predicti et terram johannis Hathewy in escambium pro una dimidia acra terre arabilis in eodem campo orientali de Throham jacente inter terram que fuit quondam johannis Hathewy et Tuddesmere in parte boriali et pro una dimidia acra terre arabilis jacente inter terram que fuit quondam johannis Hathewy et Tuddesmere in parte australi ita quod predictus Willelmus et heredes sui habeant et teneant predictas duas dimidias acras terre cum suis pertinenciis in escambium de predictis abbate et conventu Cirenc[] et eorum successoribus imperpetuum Et predicti abbas et conventus habeant et teneant predictas duas dimidias acras terre jacentes juxta Tuddesmere ex utraque parte sicut predictum est cum omnibus suis pertinenciis de predicto Willelmo et heredibus suis per modum escambii imperpetuum Et ut hec convencio tradicio et concessio rata et stabilis imperpetuum permaneat huic presenti scripto in modum cirographi confecto partes alternatim sigilla sua apposuerunt Hiis testibus
