Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Matheus de Pekynghull filius Rogeri de Pekynghull[] dedi concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Galfrido de Polham[] clerico totum tenementum meum in Latton[] ut in domibus croftis terris pratis pascuis et pasturis cum omnibus pertinenciis suis tam infra villam de Latton[] quam extra quod quidem tenementum habui ex dono et concessione Willelmi Scotmodi de Latton[] simul cum dote Marie matris predicti Willelmi cum acciderit sine ullo retenemento mei vel heredum meorum vel assignatorum meorum quorumcumque habend et tenend et cetera sicut in carta precedenti
