Omnibus Christi fidelibus presens scriptum visuris vel audituris Matheus de Pekynghull[] filius Rogeri de Pekynghull[] salutem in Domino sempiternam Noverit universitas vestra me remisisse et omnino pro me et heredibus meis quietumclamasse Galfrido de Polham clerico et heredibus suis vel assignatis suis totum jus et clamium quod habui vel aliquo modo habere potui in quodam tenemento cum omnibus pertinenciis suis in Latton[] quod quidem tenementum et cetera sicut habetur in relaxacione Galfridi patris sui supra De predicta terra iidem Rogerus et Matheus cartam suam fecerunt eidem Galfrido de Polham et relaxacionem similiter sub tenore suprascripta
