Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Johannes de Abetot dedi et concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmaui Henrico de Abetot filio meo et heredibus suis uel cui assignare voluerit pro homagio et seruicio suo totam terram de Hocholt cum pertinentiis suis quam Reginaldus Kinewald et Alicia uxor eius aliquando tenuerunt de me in villa de Lawerne et totum redditum et seruicium quod Clemens Marescallus reddere et facere mihi consueuit pro terra quam Galfridus Bach tenuit de me in eadem villa et pro terra de Doddecroft que fuit de dominico meo et undecim acras terre in uilla de Hindelup[] scilicet in crofta que uocatur Mutham quatuor acras et dimidiam in crofta que vocatur Wetland quatuor acras de assarto in Wlfgiuegraue unam acram et dimidiam de assarto que iacet inter Thornhul et Witeland unam acram habend et tenend de priore et conuentu Wigorn[] sibi et heredibus uel cui assignare uoluerit iure hereditario libere et quiete Reddendo inde singulis annis dictis priori et conuentui ipse et heredes sui uel sui assignati vice mea et heredum meorum in puram et perpetuam elemosinam pro salute anime mee et antecessorum et successorum meorum duos solidos sterlingorum ad duos terminos scilicet ad festum sancte Marie in Martio duodecim denarios et ad festum sancti Michaelis duodecim denarios pro omni seculari seruicio consuetudine exactione et demanda Concessi etiam dicto Henrico quod ipse et heredes sui vel sui assignati habeant pasturum communem una cum aueriis meis in uilla de Hindelup[] et in uilla de Lawerne in bosco et in plano et in omnibus locis in quibus pascant aueria mea propria ad sex boues et ad quatuor vaccas et unum taurum et duas suaes cum exitu unius anni cum libero introitu et libero exitu preterquam in pastura mea de Ybbemore Et ego Johannes et heredes mei dictum Henricum et heredes suos uel suos assignatos de omni regali seruicio preterquam de seruicio illius terre quam Clemens marescallus tenuit debemus acquietare Ego uero et heredes mei dicto Henrico et heredibus suis uel suis assignatis omnia predicta contra omnes homines et feminas warantizabimus Pro hac autem donatione concessione confirmatione et warantizatione dedit mihi predictus Henricus centum solidos sterlingorum Et ut omnia predicta perpetue firmitatis robur optineant ea presenti scripto et sigilli mei appositione roboraui Hiis testibus domino Waltero de Bellocampo Hugone Poherio tunc uicecomite Wigorn[] etc
