Universis Christi etc Willelmus de Arderne miles et filius domini Thome de Arderne salutem Noverit universitas etc me dedisse concessisse et presenti carta mea confirmasse et imperpetuum quietum clamasse de me et heredibus meis pro salute anime mee Deo et sancte Marie et sancto Iohanni Baptiste et sancte domui hospitalis Ierusalem et fratri Roberto de Diva fratrum eiusdem hospitalis priori in Anglia Thomam fabrum filium Gilleberti fabri de Chaur[ia] nativum meum cum catallis suis et cum tota sequela sua ita quod ego vel alius quivis homo sit vel esse possit in iamdicto Thoma nec in sequela sua de cetero clamium aliquod aut calumpniam nullatenus habere poterimus Et ut hec mea donacio et quieta clamacio rata imperpetuum habeatur et inconcussa presentem paginam sigilli mei apposicione roboravi Hiis testibus etc.
