[u]niuersis Christi fidelibus presens scriptum uisuris uel audituris Willelmus de Bellocampo comes Warrwyk[] salutem in domino Nouerit uniuersitas vestra nos recepisse a priore et conuentu Wygorn[] centum libras argenti in quindena sancti Michaelis anno regni regis Edwardi filii regis Henrici quarto pro remissione et quieta clamacione quas eisdem priori et conuentui fecimis de una acra terre et dimidia cum pertinentiis in suburbio Wygorn[] que quidem terra est infra prioratum ipsorum clausa muro uersus ipsos et unde ipsos in curia domini regis predicti apud Westmonasterium inplacitauimus In cuius rei testimonium has litteras nostras eisdem fieri fecimus patentes
