Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westmonasterium a die sancti Michaelis in quindecim dies anno regni regis Edwardi filii regis Henryci iiii coram magistro Rogero de Seyton magistro Radulpho Frenyngesham Th[oma] d[e] Willend Johanne de Leueteste et Rogero de Letest[] justic[] et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Willelmum de Bello campo comitem Warwic[] petentem et Richardum priorem Wigorn[] tenentem per Philippum de Colinton[] positum loco suo ad lucrandum uel perdendum de una acra terre et dimidia cum pertinenciis in suburbio Wyg[] unde recognitio magne assise summonita fuit inter eos in eadem curia silicet quod predictus comes recognouit predictam terram cum pertinenciis solt[] totam illam terre acram cum pertinenciis quam predecessores ipsius prioris et ecclesia sua Wig[] habuerunt ex concessione predicti domini regis Henrici infra prioratum Wigor[] et que se extendit in longitudine a porta eiusdem prioratus usque ad Sabrinam esse ius ipsius prioris et ecclesie sue beate Marie Wygor[] et illam remisit et quietam clamauit de se et heredibus suis predicto priori et successoribus suis et ecclesie predicte inperpetuum Et pro hac recognouit remissione quieta clamatione fine et concordia idem prior concessit pro se et successoribus suis et ecclesia sua predicta quod ipsi de cetero invenient unum monachum sacerdotem cotidie ministrantem in ecclesia predicta ad altare apostolorum Philippi et Jacobi pro animabus Willelmo de Bello campo patris ipsius comitis antecessorum et heredum suorum in perpetuum et hec concordia facta fuit ex assensu et voluntate predicti domini regis et eam concedentes
