Omnibus hoc scriptum uisuris uel audituris Agnes que fuit uxor Iohannis de Wilden medici salutem Nouerit uniuersitas uestra me diuine caritatis intuitu pro animabus antecessorum et successorum meorum et pro salute anime mee remisisse et omnino quietum clamasse deo et beate Marie et canonicis apud Bisshemad deo seruientibus de me et heredibus meis in perpetuum unum denarium annui redditus quem quidem denarium predicta Agnes capere solebat de predictis canonicis pro quodam crofto in campo de Colmorde qui uocatur Mokiscroft In cuius rei testimonium sigillum meum apposui huic scripto Hiis testibus Datum apud Bisshemade die sancti Michaelis anno domini millesimo cc lxx sexto
