Omnibus hoc scriptum visuris vel audituris Willelmus filius et heres Ricardi de Baldereston eternam in Domino salutem Noveritis me concessisse dimisisse relaxasse et presenti scripto inperpetuum quietum clamasse abbati et conventui de Sallai et eorum successoribus et ecclesie sue sancte Marie de Sallai totum jus et clamium quod unquam habui vel aliquo modo inposterum habere potero communicandi in omnibus boscis clausis et pasturis de Sunderlande que clausa habuerunt et tenuerunt in suo separali die confeccionis hujus scripti Concedo eciam pro me et heredibus meis quod predicti abbas et conventus et eorum successores possint molendina pro voluntate sua construere infra divisas suas de Sunderlande ubicumque voluerint super aquam de Ribbel et illa molendina pro voluntate sua removere infra divisas suas prout melius sibi viderint expedire et stangna facere et quociens voluerint reparare usque ad pilum dicte aque de Ribbel et quod idem abbas et conventus et eorum successores habeant et percipiant inperpetuum aucipitres et nisus et omnia alia genera avium aeriancium in omnibus separalibus boscis suis infra divisas suas de Sunderland et similiter quod dicti abbas et eorum successores habeant et percipiant inposterum apes et mel in predictis boscis suis quantumcumque et quocienscumque contigerit inveniri et omnia alia commoda qualitercumque infra sua separalia predicta de Sunderlande contingencia sine contradiccione vel inpedimento mei vel heredum seu assignatorum meorum tenend et habend dictis abbati et conventui et eorum successoribus et ecclesie sue predicte omnia predicta clausa et pasturam in suo separali ita quod nec ego Willelmus nec heredes mei vel assignati aliquod jus vel communam in predictis boscis clausis pasturis campis molendinis stangnis avibus quibuscumque apibus vel melle inposterum exigere vel vendicare poterimus vel aliquod impedimentum facere inposterum Pro hac autem concessione fidem abbas et conventus concesserunt dicto Willelmo et heredibus suis quod si averia dicti Willelmi vel heredum suorum infra dictas divisas pro defectu clausure intraverint non inparcabuntur sed sine aliqua lesione recaciabuntur In cujus rei testimonium alter alterius scripto suo sigillum apposuit His testibus Roberto de Hephale Hugone de Cliderhou magistro Henrico de Claiton et aliis
