Haec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westmonasterium a die Sancti Hilarii in xv dies anno regni regis Johannis secundo coram Galfridi filio Petri Ricardo de Herf Johanne de Gestlinge Henrico de Wicheton Godfrido de Insula Waltero de Creping justitiariis et aliis baronibus domini regis tunc ibi praesentibus inter Stephanum Tirell petentem et Herbortum episcopum Sarum tenentem per Radulfum de Winesham positam loco praedicti episcopi ad lucrandum vel perdendum de toto manerio de Cerdestoke cum pertinentiis et de quinque hyda terrae cum pertinentiis in Childecumtone unde placitum fuit inter eos in praefata curia scilicet quod praedictus Stephanus remisit et quietum clamavit praedicto episcopo et successoribus suis totum jus et clamium quod habuit in praedicto manerio de Cerdestoke et quinque hydis terrae cum pertinentiis in Childecumtone de se et haeredibus suis et praedictus episcopus ei remisit unam hydam terrae cum pertinentiis in Cerdestoke quae vocatur Mulnehale tenend de se et successoribus suis in perpetuum per servitium dimidii feodi militia inde faciendum pro omni servitio
