Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit Walterus Dei gracia Eboracensis archiepiscopus Angl[] primas salutem in domino Noverit universitas vestra nos ob reverenciam Dei et beate virginis Marie ecclesiam de Roldeston[] nobis aversis ejusdem patronis scilicet prior et conventus de Thurgarton[] de assensu insuper et voluntate Henrici de Roldeston[] militis qui aliquando jus advocacionis sibi in eadem vendicavit concessam in usus Suthwell[] ecclesie convertendam canonicis in eadem ecclesia Suthwell[] residentibus in augmentum communie sue cum omnibus ad eandem ecclesiam pertinentibus caritate contulisse et salva dictis priori et conventui de Turgarton[] porcione sua quam eis pertinente memorate ecclesie concessimus sicut carta capituli de Suthwell[] eis super hoc confecta continetur solvende annuatim dicte ecclesie Suthwell[] duas petras cere in augmentum luminarium ad duos terminos sicut tam in dicta carta capituli quam in carta dictorum prioris et conventus inde confecta continetur Quod ut ratum stabile inconcussum duret in posterum presenti scripto sigilli mei munimine consignato confirmandam duximus et coroborandam His testibus Willelmo tessauvaro et magistro Ricardo Cornub Serlone Roberto de Wynton[] canonicis Eboracensi et aliis
