Universis presens scriptum visuris vel audituris Rogerus filius Wlvine de Kirk[] salutem Noverit universitas vestra me concessisse et quietumclamasse de me et omnibus [heredibus] meis inperpetuum Willelmo priori et conventui de Thurg[] et eorum successoribus totum jus et clamium quodcumque habui vel habeo vel vendicare potero in tribus bovatis et dimidia prati cum pertinenciis in prato de Kirk[] et de Scaup[] jacentes ubique inter pratum fratrum Templarum de Bruera excepto Riskefen quas quidem [tres] bovatas et dimidiam dictis fratribus concessi et per cirograffum dimisi usque ad terminum xij annorum termino incipiente ad Pascha anno regni regis Henrici filii regis johannis xx xj Insuper obligavi meipsum dictis priori et conventui et eorum successoribus per omnia que per cartam suam mihi contulerunt ad warantizandum eisdem totum dictum pratum coram justiciis domini regis simul cum omnibus terris quas de dono meo habent per cartam in teritorio de Kirk[] et de Scaup[] et in omnibus redditibus et tenementis eisdem a me collatis Et ut hec etc
