39 Ordination of the perpetual vicarage of the parish church of Tutbury by Roger de Weseham, bishop of Coventry and Lichfield. The vicar to have all the altarage, excepting mortuaries and certain tithes and oblations. The vicar to receive one mark annually from the Priory to maintain his deacon. The Priory to bear all the burdens of the church, ordinary and extraordinary. The vicar to receive the board and lodging of a monk, but to pay the monks' kitchen 100 shillings every year.
