Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Gloucestr[] in crastino ascensionis anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis xxx ii coram Rogero de Turkilby Gilberto de Preston[] magistro Symone de Waltona et Johanne de Cobbam justiciis itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ipsi presentibus inter Nicholaum de sancto Mauro petentem et Willelmum priorem de Tuttebur[] quem Willelmus Talbot et Agnes uxor ejus vocaverunt ad warantum et qui pro eis warantizavit de duabus bovatis terre cum pertinenciis in Herberbery Unde recognitio magne assise summonita fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predictus Nicholaus recognovit et quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis predicto priori et successoribus suis et ecclesie sue de Tuttebur[] totum jus et clameum quod habuit in predicta terra cum pertinenciis inperpetuum Et propter hanc recognicionem quietam clamacionem finem et concordiam idem prior dedit predicto Nicholao xiii marcas
